Subject radio equipment shall continuously verify the existence of radio wave transmitted from radars within occupied bandwidth of the channel under transmission and detect the radio wave with the probability of 60% or more on the following conditions.

(1) Transmission rate :
  Radio equipment that performs transmission based on IP packet transmission which packet size varies with the transmitting information contents shall transmit radio waves from a master station to slave stations at 50% of the maximum transmission rate of the radio equipment excluding error correction and control signals.
(2) Pulse width, repetition frequency and the number of continuing pulses of radar wave
