Control device

(1) Control device for land mobile station (Radio equipment specified in item 1 - 39 of Article 2 of Certification Ordinance);
>Shall transmit only radio wave of the frequency automatically selected by receiving radio wave from base station.
> Shall have a function to automatically suspend the transmission when radio wave is continuously transmitted due to malfunction of the radio equipment.

(2) Land mobile station that can directly communicate with other land mobile station (Radio equipment specified in item 1 - 40 of Article 2 of Certification Ordinance);
> Besides the function to automatically select transmission frequency by receiving radio wave from base station, the equipment shall be able to select transmission frequency without radio wave from base station.
